Corgi Fitness
I love to go for walks, something most of us Corgis love to do. Since we have such a big yard and Tom and Mary are really busy people we seldom got to go on walks.
That all changed while we were on vacation a month ago. Our cabin didn’t have a big yard to run in so Tom started walking with Meiyah and me every day. We were up in the mountains in Tennessee so there were lots of new smells, new people, new pMail, and steep hills to walk up and down.
Since we have been home, Tom has kept up the morning walks. I was already in great shape since I do so much running herding the docks and geese out of the yard, but Meiyah doesn’t chase them, and she needed the exercise. And after a month of daily walks, Tom seems to be better able to keep up with me too.
I set a quick pace balanced with time for getting "pets" from the neighbors, as well as for reading the local pMail. It is a great fitness program. Try it, walk your dog, relax, and be happy and healthy.
